Both curvaceous women wore the gorgeous blue frock and looked gorgeous. So this will be a tough one. Beyonce wore the Elie Saab for her appearance on David Letterman’s Late Show and added some bangles and peep toes. Dita Von Teese wore the creation to the designer’s show in late January.
