As if Miley Cyrus hasn’t done enough to make your ears bleed, her little sister Noah is getting into the music game. This just had to be Billy Ray’s idea.
He’s probably worried that since Miley is coming of age, that she’s probably going to take her cash with her when she moves out with Liam, so he’s prepping ten-year-old Noah for Disney superstardom (or not).

Is a little girl, they just put too much makeup on her face, thats why she looks older. But is not her fault.
I think that she sing nice because the song is for kids.
