Kim Kardashian is rocking the shoulder padded mini dress while celebrating her birthday. Lindsay Lohan wore the hodded number to InStyle’s Golden Globe party. Lohan has been battling tabloid rumors once again ranging from being a paid escort to marks on her wrist that suggest cutting. Guess it was a good plan to go for a long sleeved number.

I kinda liked the more formal look that Kim Kardashian is pulling off. I also like how her hair is done. Despite all the stuff about her, she’s still rocking that dress.
