Miley Cyrus has been skipping around Ireland on part of her tour. Of course her stigma of Britney Spears-ish wannabe sex symbol came up. The reporter asked about her “raunchy” style and basically asked why she felt she needed to strut around half naked.

“That is everyone’s persona and what they do as an entertainer.”

This is true. Strippers everywhere are nodding in agreement. She continues to explain the skimpy and sometimes provocative outfits.

“It’s good for me to be whoever I want to be on stage. If I went out there in a wife beater and jeans…I am sure people would still love my music, but it’s not necessarily a show. For me I always want to be a show.”

Egads. Someone reprogram this girl with better PR crafted responses. Saying ‘my shows are only enjoyable if I am wearing a leather corset and spandex panties’ is probably not a good idea.
