Yesterday, after Dina Lohan called in to TMZ Live to discuss the recordings that Michael Lohan has released to “RadarOnline”, Dina even said that she didn’t want to see Michael in jail, but that may just happen.

After her interview, Michael tweeted, “I’ve gone too far..” and then “@lindsaylohan I’m so truely deeply sorry linds, I hope you can take my next step into consideration…” That last statement could really mean anything, but he just may be taking steps to secure a conservatorship, as we’ve previously reported.

According to TMZ, Michael still could do some prison time for the recordings, considering they were made in 2005. The problem is, that Dina had a protective order against him at the time, barring any communication with him via telephone or email until 2011.

Dina’s attorneys have already contacted authorities in Nassau County to discuss the taped conversations. So don’t be surprised that she says she doesn’t want to see the father of her children behind bars, yet does just that.
