Jennifer Lopez Sues Ojani Noa Over Sex Tape

Now you know that the Jennifer Lopez sex tape is real, because she’s lawsuit happy over it. J-Lo’s legal team has just struck up a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ojani Noa, for a whopping $10 million.
The former couple married in 1997, yet divorced less than a year later, but now he’s said to be peddling a sex tape of her in various states of undress. Now that we know that J-Lo likes to get down and dirty, her lawyers are following suit.
The movie is approximately eleven hours long and is titled, “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.”
Her legal eagles state that the release of such footage violates a non-disclosure settlement agreement that both parties entered into in 2005. This isn’t the first time she’s sued him, either. In 2006, she sued him for breach of their confidentiality agreement, after he was gearing up to release a book about their marriage.
According to Wikipedia:
In August 2007, a court-appointed arbitrator issued a permanent injunction forbidding Ojani Noa from “criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging” Jennifer Lopez.
I would fathom a guess that a sex tape would be considered denigrating…wouldn’t you?
Methinks this footage will never see the light of day and it’s all because this former waiter wants to stay relevant by associating himself with Jennifer Lopez. So sad.
