Gerard Butler Mocks Michael Jackson? - Photo
By Roberta | November 18, 2009
Gerard Butler took to his balcony window for a little shenanigans with the paparazzi by dangling a wrapped up “baby”. Does that sound familiar? It should.

Coincidentally, seven years ago tomorrow, Michael Jackson did the same thing with his new baby, Blanket.
What we’re thinking is that this might be in poor taste since it hasn’t been that long since the passing of the King Of Pop. Isn’t it too soon for people to be really poking fun at Michael? It still burns for some that he’s gone, and it has to be especially hard for his three children.
Gerry was cracking himself up while dangling a plant wrapped in a towel.
What do you think MJ fans? Too soon?

He’s going to hell I hope, anyone who is cruel to Michael. He knows he can get away with it, that’s why he does it, but he should be critizied for this, I hate him.

It’s disgusting. He just wants to get himself in the papers. MJ was a million times the star he will ever be.
Maybe he should try immitating a talented actor.
R.I.P. MJ

Are you kidding me roberta? It’s not a matter of it being “too soon” it’s a matter of it stopping for good.

It’s a joke, albeit poor taste but still a joke. Lighten up people.

Okay. Let’s have a reality check people. Michael Jackson dangled his baby out of the window. For humor? For his own amusement? It never looked like he had the best grip on the baby in the first place. Who does this for fun? Who dangles their baby out that window? Would any of you? No of course not. Now you are criticizing Gerard Butler for making fun of Michael Jackson? Michael Jackson deserved much worse than a little humor by Gerard Butler for dangling his kid out the window.

How is that mocking MJ??? In my opinion Butler was mocking those ridiculous paparazzis. That was a funny joke considering all that they are writing about him these days…

I will side with Gerry on this one. It may have not been well thought out but it’s done. Now we can all practice forgiveness and quit judging him for having poor manners.
