Janet Jackson opened tonight’s 2009 American Music Awards with a bang! Also performing tonight are Rihanna, Green Day, Carrie Underwood, Lady Gaga, and more!
The night was full of performances by Daughtry, Shakira, Keith Urban, Kelly Clarkson, Jay-Z along with Alicia Keys, and many, many more. Standout performances include Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’ performance of “Empire State Of Mind”, along with Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” and “Speechless”.
I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention how Jennifer Lopez fell flat on her butt while singing “Louboutins”. I need a gif of that, stat!

Taylor is #1! Lady gaga will have her day but look at the #’s! Taylor is selling out concerts in 2min! Beat that gaga!
both gaga and swift should never even be nominated since they both suck, can’t dance, sing or even give a decent performance
