Spencer Pratt has a thing for self promotion, that’s for sure. To ensure that his wife, Heidi Montag’s “Playboy” issue appeared to be a success, the reality TV celeb purchased 3,000 copies of the magazine.

In their book, “The Guide To Being The Ultimate Douche” “How To Be Famous”, it must be rule number one to self-promote, self-promote, self-promote.

He tweeted this message yesterday:

So it makes me wonder how many copies of her CD is he buying (possibly without her knowledge?)? Or how many copies of their book will they buy to put on the facade that they are actually being successful?

Maybe Perez should’ve done that with his tour?
