Billy Ray Cyrus isn’t going to win father of the year anytime soon, that much is for sure.
His youngest daughter, Noah, who is nine-years-old was attending the Camp Ronald McDonald For Good Times 17th Annual Halloween event wearing some serious makeup along with some hooker boots.
Poor kid, she probably thought she was being cute, but the makeup is just too much and the footwear unfit for a child her age.
Who knew they made hooker boots for children???
This isn’t her fault, naturally. She’s only nine, I totally blame this on her parents for letting her walk out of the door dressed like this.
Tsk, tsk, Billy Ray and Tish. This is just awful. Who’s she trying to be? Miley?

SHE IS SUCH A LITTLE BRAT! SHE IS JEALOUS OF MILEYS SPOTLIGHT AND IS TRYING TO GET SOME ATTENTION. SHE CANT SING DANCE OR ACT AND IS DEFINATELY NOT PRETTY.
