Sure is…. Noah is just nine years old and she has no idea how to handle the crap that would come with Miley’s attention… videochatting and tweeting to randoms is certainly not appropriate.

But then again, would her parents even care? They’re pimping her out with her cousin, Emily Grace, with that heinous youtube campaign “The Noie and Ems Show” where they pretty much make three minute videos endorsing Beeposh or some other brand of clothing.
Seriously B-Ray, parent your daughter! Otherwise the future doesn’t look good for Noah Cyrus. If she’s already doing all this now, imagine what she will do when she’s Miley’s age? Now Miley is no Lindsay Lohan (yet) but Noah hasn’t exactly had the most normal of upbringings….

You know i think your all just getting too involved. when i was ten i was online chatting to randoms… my parents never knew about but i did it. Maybe its the same in this case. Maybe Billy-Ray and Tish didn’t actually know she was on there until stuff like this was posted. You dont know what goes on behind closed doors so dont be so quick to judge.
Miley says their loco but she’s a teenager and thats what teenagers do. If u asked any one else her age about their family they would prolly say the same thing, i know i would.
I’m 19.
As for Noah dressing the way she does. It’s the fashion these days. Lots of kids dress that way, the only difference is these kids have a famous family and in the spotlight so they are noticed more.
Leave the family alone and stop calling them bad parents, Im sure u wouldn’t like people to think that of you especially if they dont even know you or what goes on!
