Noah Cyrus Video Chats From Bed - Photos

Apparently Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus are playing absentee parents in this picture, because their ten-year-old daughter, Noah, is online video chatting up a storm.
Jesus, this is a pedophile’s dream come true. Some pervert was on there trying three times to get her to confirm her home address. There are so many things wrong with this picture, I can’t even fathom where to begin.
She even showed the people in the chat room that she was wearing her pajamas, because she was “getting sleepy”.
But I’m going to try. Where are this child’s parents?!?!??
She started chatting on UStream about a half hour ago, tweeting this message:

Afterward, she blew everyone a goodnight kiss.
This is just creepy to the Nth degree!

Sure is…. Noah is just nine years old and she has no idea how to handle the crap that would come with Miley’s attention… videochatting and tweeting to randoms is certainly not appropriate.
But then again, would her parents even care? They’re pimping her out with her cousin, Emily Grace, with that heinous youtube campaign “The Noie and Ems Show” where they pretty much make three minute videos endorsing Beeposh or some other brand of clothing.
Seriously B-Ray, parent your daughter! Otherwise the future doesn’t look good for Noah Cyrus. If she’s already doing all this now, imagine what she will do when she’s Miley’s age? Now Miley is no Lindsay Lohan (yet) but Noah hasn’t exactly had the most normal of upbringings….
