Kevin Federline has made his exit from his rented Tarzana home, but not without leaving a gigantic mess in his wake.

Who knew his butt was so big that it would crack the pool enclosure. Dude smokes like a freight train, too, and has obviously never heard of an ashtray.

Check out the list of damages that K-Fed did to this house:

- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)

Can you believe that the doorknobs are missing off of some of the cabinets and there are missing outlet covers??? It’s like he’s taking those in preparation for his next home.

The owner of the property is claiming that he did over $100,000 in damages. Kevin moved out in May, yet hasn’t paid his rent on the place for the previous six months. Kevin also allegedly spit all over the walls and didn’t water any of the plant life and neglected to remove a bird’s nest from a light fixture.

The owners are demanding $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages, all of which, I’m sure Britney will foot the bill for. They are also seeking the return of their garage door opener, which K-Fed is holding for ransom, to the tune of $110,661.
