Adam Lambert Kisses Girls In ‘Details’ Spread - Photos

Adam Lambert graces the cover of the new issue of DETAILS magazine. He talks about kissing girls, and even poses seductively with one for the inside article.
Fans are throwing bras, panties, boas, and other sexually charged items at the singer while on tour. Adam spoke candidly,
On kissing women:
“I am gay, but I like kissing women sometimes. Women are pretty. It doesn’t mean I’m necessarily sleeping with them.”
On entertaining:
“It’s all fantasy – that’s what entertainment is. I’m here to entertain you, and if my sexuality is apparent and you respond to it, and you’re attracted to it, then great, I’m doing my job.”
His American Idol past:
“There’s a feeling of entitlement [with the fans] because they voted to get us where we are. But you know what? I am responsible for what I created on the show – you voted for what I created, and thank you, but I created it, you didn’t.”

Yep! I’ve heard Adam can’t lie, so, although he is quite intelligent, he is also very naive.He says things exactly as they are, no filters.My opinion, unasked:He can go wild on stage, but discretion when out in public in private life is wise and classy.And, I don’t see kissing, just poses- with a new female-but the fantasy quota has kicked in here.But, it’s Adam’s life not mine and he is an enlighted person with wonderful insights so -again- dosen’t need my opinion.

I agree with lanaleah. One part of Adam’s appeal is his naivity. He has said in an interview that his great fear is obscurity. His supreme talent will assure his continued fame, but he seems insecure. And this is also understandable from his past experiences. Right now he appears to be grabbing at everything that comes his way, and maybe that’s what he should do. No such thing as bad publicity… As lanaleah states, he has wonderful insights. He does seem to have that intuition to do the right thing. Just hope everything good goes his way. He deserves it.

Ah, y’see, I disagree. I don’t think he’s naiive at all. And if he comes across as such, its intentional. He’s one of the few stars out there that are ’self-aware.’ The difference that’ll make is collosal. And yeah, he’s been in dark places, he hasn’t been swept up in superficial/physical praise his whole life.

I think what he does is in alignment with his own integrity, and sometimes it is strategic too. He is intelligent, self aware, and a good businessman. He likes to get people talking, stretch boundaries and he knows how to do it. These photos will surely accomplish this. He has a side that is strong, confident, aggressive, and another that comes across as naive which I find this endearing and part of his appeal (as Rebecca says). He strikes me as an extraordinary human being and may everything wonderful continue to come his way.

Adam is just honest - I don’t see him as naiive, I see him as willing to be himself. He is extremely sexy, gorgeous, and a very smart man. I think he takes some interesting calculated risks. His phonenomal voice is what will keep him transcending the chatter.

I really think that his brutal honesty is strategic. The media is likely to make up shit about him but if he is honest he can cut them off at the pass, per say.

Adam Lambert is not naive. Just unfiltered but calculated and strategic. I think he knows exactly what he’s doing. He is a lot like Madonna in his marketing. Shock them, keep them talking, surprise them at every turn. Stay on top. Discretion in private? Is this magazine private? No, this is marketing baby! This will fly off the shelves. He sells the fantasy and we eat it up!

He is not naiive. Jai is right. Being honest is the best for Adam. That way, the media can’t humiliate him by pulling out an old secret. You guys who say he is naiive are like Gene Simmons, who said that coming out as gay in rolling stone in june would really damage his career just as it was starting. However, Adam’s doing just fine, and that proves that his honesty is not naiive, it’s smart.

I am getting a bit of “Adam lash” - an acute straining of the neck and head by trying to follow along with changes in direction that Adam does and the subsequent drama. I am thinking of getting off the roller coaster and letting the youngsters have it to ride for their own. I don’t know if he really cares to have cougars as fans, probably not - I think he is going for the younger demo. (By the way -Pictures with a semi-nude male would have been more interesting. )
Good Luck Adam, I may save my iTunes and concert dollars for a nice retro group. Journey really has my attention right now with that new singer Arnel Pineda.

I thought this spread was brillant. Right now Adam is an unknown commodity to the world and a large segment of America. Guess what, a lot of people don’t watch American Idol. He needs to get his name out there and he needs to get it out there more than he has. I know a lot of the posters on this article are AI followers but guess what? Most of the country isn’t. Just because his fans and other fans scour the Internet for news doesn’t mean the average American does.

First of all, WOOOF!!!! What great photos. I actually like the cover the best. Adam has marvelous talent combined with classic good looks and a sort of naive charm. Perhaps he is not so much naive as just young and not experienced in being a celebrity, but whatever it is, I really love it.

I love Adam and he is just posing. It’s art, people. He is an amazing artist. this should come as no shock to anybody. It’s adam we are talking about, he is different and will, always, push the limits. That’s one of the reasons that he is a world wide star. And by the way, today for the firt time, my husband is into Adam. He just LOVES the photos. Remember, this is a MEN’s magazing. They love to see that stuff. it will sell like hot cakes. I know my husband can’t wait to buy the magazine.

Funny how some people are turned off by a kiss and nudity. Thank GOD there’r only few of those. Do you prefer drugs over just posing for pictures? What harm is done? I don’t get why they took the pic’s off this site, or the Details site. His Mad World rendition was at the end of General Hospital today and it was exciting to hear his voice. He’s the Hottest Smartest Sexiest, Smartest and the Pix were FABULOUS…. hmmmmmm HE EVERYWHERE and thats okay with me.

I gree with comment that their are A LOT of people who don’t know or care about Adam. I know many. He is making business deals and that is it. He is also trying to KEEP his FEMALE audience guessing and excited, hopeful that MAYBE HE IS BI CURIOUS and ready to have sex with a woman!! Adam keeps saying he is!! He said he wants to appeal to EVERYONE SEXUALLY! Sexy is sexy and he has made out with WOMEN! He said in Rolling Stone he wants to have sex with a women, just not sure with who yet! I think he is savvy doing this photo shoot. He is a beautiful man! Women love him so he gives them something to fantasize about. Every woman I know, including me–loves to look at him because he is so photogenic and sexy.
Madonna had the same ethos about her career. She always did something unusual to grab the showbiz headlines. She kept everyone waiting to see what she would do next because she was constantly morphing herself. She is one savvy woman and her concerts are still sell-outs. I am not fan of her music but I do think she is a brilliant business woman.
Looks like Adam is taking a page from her book and it’s a strategic move to keep surprising fans as well as the world.
