Allie Is Wired is pleased to host a contest for priority seating at Kelly’s concert on Monday, September 14, 2009. It’s a free concert, but you can get ahead of the General Admissions line with these sets of priority tickets. The concert is a part of Samsung’s Summer Krush promotion.
