Last night at around 1:30am, Lindsay Lohan showed up to an Emmy Awards afterparty at the Chateau Marmont, and she was wasted drunk by the time she left at 3:30am.

The drunken snapper magnet entered the waiting black SUV, but unknown to the paparazzi at the time, she brought a can of beer with her. Her and her friend were bombarded by the throngs of paparazzi and could barely navigate around them.

Annoyed, Lindsay rolled down the window and chucked an Amstel Light can at them. I guess I can’t really blame her, it’s like they’re invading all areas of her life and space. Listen for the retarded snapper who asks if she’s looking for Samantha after she ducks her head down. Like Sam is hiding in the glove compartment or something.


In other Lindsay related news, apparently she knew the guy who robbed her house. The suspect, Nick Prugo, was seen with Lindsay at least ten times during the shooting of “Labor Pains” last year.

Think he was her dealer?
