Fashion Face Off - Paris Hilton VS. Rachel Bilson

Really, there is no competition in this one, but I couldn’t help it. Rachel Bilson could wear a one of those horrid ponchos and rock it like a hurricane. Bilson wore the pretty peacock dress while spending some quality time with her pooch. Paris Hilton wore the same Bilingual dress while out in New York for a screening.
