Connor Cruise Goes Off to War

Relax. The 14 year old Cruise will be fighting the good fight in “Red Dawn.”

Ah, yes. A “Red Dawn” remake is in the works because Hollywood is all out of ideas. So they are going with the ol’ ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ motto

Connor Cruise, son of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, will be going off to war in the remake of the 1984 classic. This was one of those great films they showed in high school and you actually watched it instead of falling asleep while attempting to finish your algebra homework.

The film centers around a group of high school students who managed to escape a foreign assault on their school only to end up saving the day after regrouping in the mountains and discover the use of guerrilla warfare. It was also once deemed the most violent film. Connor will play the youngest of the teen operation, Daryl. The original Daryl was played by Darren Dalton. Patrick Swayze, Charlie Sheen, Lea Thompson, Jennifer Grey, C.Thomas Howell, and Brad Savage.

Oh, God and Aunt Agnes. Since Scientology is in trouble, they’re going for the red states to get at least a little support…Kind of shows how desperate they are.
