Amy Winehouse: The Musical

As if reading about her train-wreck life wasn’t enough, we could soon be paying to watch the dramas unfold on the stage.
An Amy Winehouse musical could be coming to a theatre near you…You have been warned.
According to the British stars brother, a musical documenting Amy’s rise and fall…and rise again (although I’m yet to witness this so-called comeback) could be on the cards for the future.
Speaking in the Sun newspaper, her bro Alex said:
“Amy is much better. I think one day there could be a musical of Amy’s life.
,You just don’t know how far things can go these days- look at all this talk of a Jade Goody musical.”
There’s one significant difference here: Jady Goody died following a battle with cervical cancer, had two children, was the biggest reality TV star in the UK, who caused international outrage following the Shilpa Shetty racism scandal…
Amy? Well she’s talented but threw it all away because of too much booze and drugs.
