Wired Music: Whitney Houston’s New Song ‘I Didn’t Know My Own Strength’

Whitney Houston is making a comeback, everyone! And I can’t freaking wait! I’ve missed her music so much since she fell for that douchebag Bobby Brown.

Whitney Houston

The original queen bee is back with her newest song, “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” and you can check it out below:

Her voice is obviously not the same as it used to be, but girlfriend is getting there. There will never be another like Whitney, you can bet on that.

Her new album, reportedly titled, “I Look To You”, is set to be dropped on September 1, 2009. Woot!

In case you doubt Whitney’s vocal abilities, check this out:

Watch out Madonna, Whitney’s coming for her crown.

We all have sinned and fallen short of what we should have done or be! Whitney, as long as she remembers to keep the faith and believe that our God can work miracles, she will be fine. Many times we have to go through difficult times, even though, we maybe the reason, we can make it! Just believe! She comes from a spiritual family and knows who is in charge of her life. I wish her the very best. I hate that she has been away so long. We are ready to hear that beautiful voice again! Keep the faith!

What a great new beginning for Whitney. I love the song and can’t wait for the CD. I would like to invite all of the nay-sayers to try something new: Make an effort to support your fellow human being. We all need to re-learn daily on how to forgive, support and love each other. I hope Whitney again becomes a staple on the music charts.

Nice song, but it sounds an awful like the title track “I Look To You”. And quite frankly the other song that was leaked earlier this month, “Like I Never Left” ft. Akon, doesn’t inspire much confidence either. I’ve been listening to Whitney since the 80′s and now my own children have a chance to discover a true talent. Here’s hoping the rest of the album is better than the 3 songs floating around the internet(s).

You see Whitney is one of the best singers ever. I always felt that she would come back better than ever. You see,she comes from a christian gospel background. Her mother, I am sure, was praying for her the whole time. So if, she is back again with us, to listen to her divine voice, it’s due to her tenacity and resiliency and not giving up. Our Father God, who was looking out for Whitney the whole time and loves Whitney with a love that no once can. Remember always Whitney: Man can fail you but God never will. He loves unconditionally.
We love you! Thanks for coming back to us Whitney. Love Zori.

Whitney Houston is lovely and still a great
singer. The songs are cool and she will add even
more power and meaning to them as she sings. She is like a huge diamond that has fallen against a
rough surface, still valuable, still beautiful,
still priceless and still enduring. No matter how
much hell or difficult she has gone through, she
continues to go on.

I am glad Whitney is back. I have always imagined her coming back and singing”Amazing Grace”. She has such a great voice. I prayed for her when she was “sick” and I so happy my prayers are answered. Welcome back. Whitney’s strength is on solid foundation when it is interlocked with dependence on God.
