Mischa Barton Photographed In The Psych Ward

This photo was taken of Mischa Barton inside of the Psych ward at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The picture was taken on Saturday, July 18th and shows the actress peering outside the window of the facility.
The photo above has been blurred out intentionally because it looks like an illegally obtained photo. Hello, HIPPA anyone?
Seriously, how many hospitals do you know allow their patients to be photographed like this from the inside?
A source said,
“She’s in very bad shape. She’s running out of money and can’t find love, so now she is looking for a good time to escape her misery. She is on a downward spiral. She is a mess. She is a suicidal, uninsurable mess.”
I don’t think this photo being out there in its original form is going to help her any, either.
