Jessica Simpson Opens Mouth, Inserts Foot

Jessica Simpson is not known for being the brightest crayon in the box, that’s for sure.

Well, our favorite dumpee is under fire now for saying the words “Indian Giver”. You know, that popular phrase from your childhood, used when insulting someone for taking something back? Yes, she’s resorted to that. Oh noes! Whatever shall we do?

Before her and Tony Romo’s public breakup, she bought him an expensive speedboat, to the tune of $100,000. Now that he’s ditched her in an iHop parking lot, someone asked her if she would be taking the boat back. She said, “I’m not an Indian giver.”

This comment alone sparked outrage within the Native American community. One Native American said, “I am shocked she said that. I didn’t know people still said that. She will be apologizing … there is outrage.”

Another commenter said, “I’m a Native American and I cringed when I heard Jessica Simpson comment about us Native Americans. Am I mad!?! I should be, but look at who the comment is coming from.”

I’m part Native American, and I knew what she meant. It wasn’t the most eloquent way of putting things, but I’m not going to be demanding an apology.

She has already suffered a nasty breakup the night before she turned 29. I don’t think it’s too much to say that people should lay off already. Do you?

Okay everyone! Just to let you know, the Ihop incident and the gate incident never occurred. This trashy gossip is being put out by the Simpsons to discredit Tony and make Jessica look like a victim. Don’t believe everything you all read in he papers. The Simpsons are using her breakup for publicity for her new reality show. AS far as Jessica making the Indian Giver comment, well, what can you expect from a Simpson.
