Getting Ready For Summer

Around this time every year, I would remember there being a type of buzz in my home. This was because my older sister and mother were in a frenzy trying to loose their winter weight for summer. I remember the long days at the gym, eating extremely disgusting food for weeks on end and the constant stress of hoping to fit into their prized bikini’s.

I couldn’t believe how much anxiety went into their body image, however, as I grew older and began learning more about the world I live in, I quickly realized that there are millions of women who go through this exact same stress when spring time comes around. They are all trying to have their Bikini Body ready for summer.

This is why I have compiled a list of tips that will help give you a bikini-ready body, fast!

1. Wait Out Your Cravings – If you just sit patiently and wait for your cravings to pass, they usually will end in no longer than ten minutes.

2. Use Spices on Your Food – If you use red pepper, your metabolism will actually raise, as red pepper is a metabolism stimulator.

3. Consume around 25 to 35 Grams of Fiber Per Day – This is very important for many reasons, as it will keep your digestive system flowing beautifully, which will aid in getting rid of various toxins in your body.

4. Get A Hobby – If you distract yourself from food, you won’t be tempted to eat it. Taking up such hobbies as exercising, listening to music, writing, surfing the net, reading, or soaking in a hot bath will help keep your mind off of eating.

5. Visit Only in a Woman’s World – nothing gets your mind off a diet like a few good laughs!!
