She famously sang that she wouldn’t go to rehab and now Amy Winehouse is saying she won’t return to the Caribbean island of St Lucia that she has called home for the last eight months.

The ‘Back to Black’ poptart arrived back in the UK after spending the best part of a year sunning herself and relaxing on the tropical island. However despite making a positive impression on local islanders it’s thought Amy wouldn’t necessarily be welcomed back with open arms.

The Sun reports:

“Her boozing hasn’t been well received. While they were welcoming at the start, as time has gone on her hell-raising has put a different complexion on matters.

Locals once happily drank with the singer. But more recently many have been steering clear of her because of the amount of booze she’s put away.”

Amy who looked rather freckled as she arrived into London’s Heathrow Airport is planning a string of meetings and recording sessions to try and get her career back on track.
