It was about blimin time.

Amy Winehouse is finally rid of her good for nothing hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil but the funny thing is that despite him getting another woman pregnant he filed an ADULTERY charge against Amy – you gotta hand it to him, he does have balls!

Amy who arrived back in the UK this week after spending months on the Caribbean island of St Lucia is said to have admitted to Blake that she had a one night fling with a man last year.

Neither were present at the hearing in London earlier today which lasted a matter of seconds.

Your well rid of him Amy that’s why I say!
