Usher Wants Joint Custody After Divorce

Is it one in three marriages that end in divorce now or one in four? I forget, but for Hollywood lasting longer than five years of wedded bliss is a rare thing. Usher is about to add his name to the single parent circuit.
After rumors that his marriage was on the rocks surfaced, a confirmation that all wasn’t well in paradise followed. E! got a hold of the their divorce papers and found that they have been separated since July of last year. So of the two years they have been married only 11 months of that was spent together.
Usher also wants copies of everything. From paycheck stubs to notes, cards, photographs tapes, diaries and letters, he wants a copy of it all. This is not a usual request and suggests that his soon to be ex wife, Tameka Foster, hired a detective to follow him. Shady dealings going on at some point have the singer on guard.
He also asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two boys. At the heart of this split are 18-month-old Usher V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely.

Joint custody, very little child support for Tameka! Well played Usher, also if they had been apart for that long, her settlement will be much smaller - less than a year of co-habitation in the marriage means she’s not going to get much walk away money. Poorly played Miss Tameka, with two kids poorly played.
