As if Queen of Pop, Madonna was going to let a little something like a judge ruling stopping her from getting what she wants and low and behold that’s exactly what happened – Madge got what she wants!

Her new baby daughter, Mercy.

The four year old tot from Malawi has now officially been adopted by Madonna (ink has to dry on paperwork obviously) but it’s thought baby Mercy could be in the US with her new siblings as soon as next week.

The Sun newspaper reports today that the leotard wearing songstress has flown in a nanny and a nurse to help care for the tot.

Mercy’s dad, James Kambewa originally said he would fight Madonna on her bid to adopt the child but says today:

” I will fight until my last drop of blood to have the right to my daughter.”

A charmed life this little girl will lead…
