The 2009 MTV Movie Awards Is Tonight!

Are you excited?!?? The 2009 MTV Movie Awards are almost upon us!

Among the celebrities presenting tonight are Denzel Washington, Cameron Diaz, Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell, Vanessa Hudgens, Leighton Meester, Jonah Hill, and Lil Wayne.

Eminem is set to perform new music from his just-released album, “Relapse”. He tells Sway of the ingredients he’s using to make his performance tonight a success.

He says, “Lots of alcohol and lots of prescription medications used to be the ingredients. But now, it’s Diet Coke and Red Bull.”


Also performing tonight are Kings Of Leon, who you can see rehearsing here:

The group is reportedly performing their song “Use Somebody” for the show.

Andy Samberg is set to host the festivities, which will be broadcast live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, tonight at 9 p.m. EST.

Also making it’s premiere tonight will be the highly anticipated trailer for “New Moon”. Here’s a sneak peek in case you’ve missed it:


In a new interview, Andy Samberg talks to sway about the show tonight, calling it “violatile and titillating”.
