Joss Stone and Mick Jagger reunite
It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for…or not… pop sensation Joss Stone and Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger are back together doing what they do best – making sweet music.
With some big heavy weight names behind them including Bob Marley’s son’s Damian and Stephen as well as Nas and Slumdog Millionaire’s soundtrack composer A.R. Rahman the duo hope their next track is sure to be a huge hit.
The unlikely pair first collaborated together in 2004 on ‘Lonely without you’ and neither have particularly been in the limelight of late so this news will put them back where they both long to be – in the spotlight.
Our Irish turned poor American wannabe Joss has been working with OAP Mick on an album together that will be released on the UN’s ‘International day of Peace’ on September 21.
The hippie pair have been hitting an LA studio hard, working till midnight to ensure the track and indeed the album will be a huge success.
A source speaking to Brit paper The Sun says:
” When this project was suggested they were keen to get on board, especially considering the glittering cast of other musicians involved.”
I am intrigued as to what their comeback will sound like… Excited, no, intrigued Yes!
