Both Paris Hilton and Mischa Barton wore the jewel adorned Dsquared dress. Mischa wore hers first in November at the line’s party in L.A. Hilton would later wear the same frock while hitting the party circuit in Cannes. The socialite accessorized the white dress with a delicate chain belt and headband.
