If you thought that Britney Spears didn’t have enough expenses for one year (ten million smackeroos), then this ought to chalk up the ante just a bit.

Apparently one of Britney’s former bodyguards sustained some physical injuries while working at her old place at the Summit in L.A.

He’s suing the pop tart for an undisclosed amount. The bodyguard, Kerry Vine says Britney “negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to him” and says the security firm he worked for forced him to perform duties that put him in harm’s way.

I thought being in harm’s way for your client was a part of the job?
