We all know and love that Adam Lambert is a semi-closeted queen. The “American Idol” runner up who has a penchant for wearing drag wants us to continue questioning his gender preference.

An interview with People magazine and a slew of others always address his sexuality. Refusing to let go of the air of mystery, he insists on keeping people guessing.

“It’s a really, really cool thing,” the American Idol runner-up says, “to be able to show people that you can be yourself, and you should be proud of yourself, and you should own who you are and what you’re about, and never make apologies for it.”

Cheers to that. Any direct question as to whether or not he is gay, bisexual or straight will continue to be answered with a “maybe.” The speculation keeps him in the news and provides mystery to the crooner. However, any speculation may be dashed by this:

Gay, straight or Clay Aiken-ish…. go on with your fierce self! Just keep the pterodactyl screaming down to a minimum.
