Nicole Richie debuted her baby bump in a snug black tank top. Richie was out running errands in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon. She stopped off at the American Girl Place shop and looked adorable in her roomy long skirt.

She and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, are expecting their second child. They had their first baby girl last January 11th. She hasn’t give a due date but obviously it will be this fall. My guess judging by her size I’d say late September or October Harlow Winter Kate will have a little brother or sister.
