BRITISH Movie actress Keira Knightley is taking her next role to new heights in the hope that it will raise the plight of domestic violence all over the world.
The ‘Bend it like Beckham’ star is working with Women’s Aid charity in a new cinema, print and online campaign to encourage people to speak out against violence in the home.
In the ad called ‘Cut’ Keira returns home from a day’s filming to be met by an abusive partner; the chilling 2 minute film ends with the statement ‘isn’t it time someone called Cut?’ – it’s hoped that using such a famous facewill raise awareness that ANYONE can be a victim to such abuse.
“I wanted to take part in this advert for Women’s Aid because while domestic violence exists in every section of society, we rarely hear about it. We may not think we know someone who has experienced domestic violence, but this does not mean it’s not happening.
Domestic violence affects one in four women at some point in their lifetime and kills two women every week. Without the services provided by Women’s Aid, many more women could be at risk of being killed, yet without the donations the charity may not exist this time next year. Please donate £2 a month to Women’s Aid to help save lives.”

It’s a revolving door with the brutal rapist criminal let go in no time to bang on the door of his jilted woman to abuse again.. and darn it all the kindly victim opens the door for forgiveness and love, even if she has a restraining order on him, because men or in short supply there. Once you turn sixteen you should not be a virgin or single or have several lovers all is lost with your reputation! Haven’t you watched porn since childhood and seen the revolving door mommy has with all her male pals..? Or she has another lover by now and he gets beat up or killed, along with THEIR children too! THe British nation has little morals, rational thought or brains concerning relationships., if they don’t know not to date a loser nor stick by him when he is released; why should we pay to make her better to get battered again?
