Good ol’ Miley Cyrus is out breaking California laws.

On Sunday Miley took her boyfriend, Justin Gaston, out for a bit of nosh. They hit a sushi joint and followed it with an ice cream stop. (Because raw fish and milk is not only appetizing, but what I can only guess is some sort of tween aphrodisiac.

While they were on their date, Miley parked in a handicap spot. This is a personal pet peeve of mine. (It’s like the skinny bitches who go to my gym and have to find the closest possible parking spot. So they whip out their handicap stickers so they can go run 6 miles in their inappropriately tight shorts.)

Unfortunately for Miley having a gigantic ego does not a legitimate handicap make.
