‘The Hills’ Is Ending For Lauren Conrad After Season Five

I can’t say that I’m a fan of “The Hills” or that I’ve even watched one episode of this nonsense, so my feelings aren’t hurt that Lauren Conrad is calling it a day with the show after season five. I would even go as far as saying that I hope they axe the show completely.
Lauren Conrad says, “I think there was a time when I let a guy, if not several guys, walk all over me - which I would never let happen now. I’ve grown to realize you can’t allow yourself to be a victim.”
Lauren is currently dating her “friend” Kyle Howard, but keeps that part secret and away from the cameras of “The Hills”. She doesn’t refer to him as her boyfriend, either, and only calls him her friend. Of that, she says, “He’s a friend. I’m not a fan of labels, but girlfriend doesn’t always look good on me. Ha!”
Lauren says that she’s not going to be sticking around to do the show anymore after the fifth season is done filming.

Lauren adds, “My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while it’s still a great thing. I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, “This is as long as I can do it and stay sane.”
