Catfight between Kara DioGuardi & Paula Abdul?

Paula Abdul once said that the fourth addition to the American Idol judges would be a welcomed change. Now, she’s changing her tune. In fact, she doesn’t like the idea of Kara DioGuardi being on the show anymore and says it’s a mistake.
At one time, Kara talked about her biggest worry on American Idol was being the new kid on the block and trying to fit in with the rhythm of the other judges. She commented that she didn’t know when she was going to speak, because she didn’t want to interrupt the other three judges.
Of Kara being the fourth judge, Paula says, “Kara and I have known each other for years and we get along great. But we tried four judges and it doesn’t work. It takes up so much time for each of us to give our opinion that it slows down the pace of the show.”
Paula actually might be leaving Idol for other pursuits. She says, “It is the last season of my contract, and I have so many other things I want to do.”
As far as Paula’s comments, Kara has fired back saying, “Paula has a right to her opinions, but I was disappointed by her comments, and hurt that she did not address them to me in person.”
I say they should kick off Kara or risk losing Paula, who has helped make the show what it is today. Besides that, I’d really miss her vicodin-laden dribble and guessing what’s in the Coke cup.

If anyone should go it should be Kara….don’t get me wrong, I like her but she does not compare to Paula. Paula is witty, sensitive and a breath of fresh air. A wonderful contrast to Simon and Randy.
