Miley Cyrus Goes Hooker Hipster With Sister - Photos and Video

Miley Cyrus took some time to go Britney Spears and went shopping with her sister and best friend. She hit up Panera Bread in her ripped tights and beyond short skirt. The Disney star was gracious enough to put the sandwich down to pose with some fans. The followed up their lunch by getting their piggies polished.
Her questionable outfit makes me scratch my head in confusion. I thought she had money. Why is dressed like a middle class hooker who works for blow and goes dumpster diving for rejects from Target?
