Jessica Simpson Sued for $10 Million

Apparently the people at “Speedfit System” didn’t realize what kinda of shenanigans came along with hiring Jessica Simpson. They are suing mad after their 2005 infomercial failed to make it to the air. For the love of Gucci, she is like the next Billy Mayes.
This fitness debacle has come just in time for her weight issue (or non-issue in my opinion) that is making it’s way across the net thanks to some unflattering clothing choices. She was at the KISS Chili Cook Off trying to continue her attempt at country music wear the most awful outfit. The high waist jeans she squeezed herself into caused the fat finger to be pointed.
The “Speedfit” people are taking their case to court and asking for $10 million for breach of contract after the taping for their infomercial didn’t go well. The case is that she was reportedly “tipsy” while filming.
“Jessica was a mess during that shoot,” an insider reveals. “They asked her to come back and re-shoot, but she refused, and that’s why she’s facing a lawsuit now.”
Even Simpson’s manager, David Levin, isn’t thrilled with her. When he was asked about Jessica and her career he stated:
“I think you would be justified in calling her a [expletive], and in calling Joe an [expletive].”
In the video (seen above) she is confused by a question about horses. The brief glimpse into the commercial shows her running and talking to the brand owner, Alex Astilean. She does a workout with him and, to me, she doesn’t appear drunk….just that stupid.
I am guessing since this shiz went down nearly 4 years ago, Alex just wants a piece of that sweet, sweet bingo hall concert queen’s cash.
