Mark Ruffalo, known for his roles on “13 Going On 30” and “Zodiac” lost his brother to a gunshot wound.

Scott Ruffalo was a hairdresser from Beverly Hills. He was married to Luzelena Ruffalo and had a stepdaughter named Lucinda. After a mysterious 911 call, 39 year old Scott was found with a gunshot wound to the head. He was at his home in his apartment Monday when police found hi and rushed to the hospital. He died yesterday.

Police also noted there had been “suspicious activity” at the location. What exactly those “suspicious activities” were still hasn’t been confirmed. However two suspects have stated that he was playing Russian Roulette. Shaha Mishaal Adham turned herself into the cops after a warrant for attempted murder was issued. Her attorney stated she was just picking up some keys when Scott started playing with a gun.

“I can confirm that my client was present when Mr. Ruffalo shot himself,” Richards said Tuesday. “She was picking up some keys. We expect the coroners report to show the shooting was a result of the victim’s chronic playing of Russian Roulette and his dangerous playing with firearms while under the use of controlled substances.”

Shaha just happens to be the offspring of Mishaal K. Adham. He is a rich Saudi businessman. Rumors of ties to Saudi royalty have been floating around. The attorney stated that he had “no information” on the subject. She was cleared today after evidence appeared along with a high powered attorney. After a five hour meeting with police, Ronald Richards managed to convince authorities the gunshot was self inflicted.

Brian Scofield has also been taken in as a “person of interest” in the murder of Ruffalo. No word on his exact ties to the situation, but he is said to be a “good friend” of Adham’s.
