Rumors are circulating that everything isn’t all rainbows and kittens at the Cyrus Family household. Rumors that Miley Cyrus is after emancipation from her parents are surfacing. Fingers are being pointed at her 20 year old boyfriend for encouraging her to essentially leave her parents.

She is also said to want complete control of her money. Last year alone she earned an estimated $25 million. Reps for the Hannah Montana star are denying an ill will and confirm the Miley Cyrus emancipation rumors are false. Miley herself also stated her happiness and her freedoms.

“They want me to do my thing and be my own person.”

Drew Barrymore, Courtney Love, Alicia Silverstone, Michelle Williams, Rose McGowan and Jaime Pressly have all successfully sought emancipation in the past.
