Hudson Family Murderer Arrested

William Balfour is finally being charged with the murders the claimed that lives of Jennifer Hudson’s family. Darnell Hudson Donerson and Jennifer’s brother, Jason Hudson, were shot to death and found on October 24th at the family’s home. Her 7 year old nephew, Julian King, was missing for several days only to be found dead in the back of a car 3 days later.
Immediately finger pointing and rumors led the police to Jennifer’s estranged brother in law. Police took William Balfour into custody the same day that Darnell and Jason were found. He was held for 48 before police charged him with suspicion of parole violation. The authorities were looking for evidence that would connect him to the murders so they could bring formal murder charges. He refused to take a lie detector test and would not cooperate in the investigation.
The gun used in the shootings was found in late October in the same area Julian King was found. William Balfour is no longer a “person of interest” in the case. He is finally being arrested on formal charges for murder. He was arrested at Stateville Correctional Center and released to detectives where is still awaiting the official charges. His mother, Michelle Balfour, stands by him and says that he is innocent. She blames Wiliam’s girlfriend for making a deal to save her skin in exchange for a testimony of his alleged confession to her.
Let’s hope this all turns out for the best for Jennifer Hudson and her loved ones.
