Fashion Face Off Kelly Osbourne VS. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne are going head to head with the grey tank and red skirt combo. Kelly opts for a studded belt while Miley prefers dressing it up with a heavily beaded necklace.
The look is blase at best so I am glad to see Kelly wearing it on a normal day. Miley tried to rock it at one the “Bolt” premieres. Love her shoes though.
