Britney Spears is celebrating her birthday today with the release of her highly anticipated album, Circus, and the announcement of North American tour dates!

Britney will be kicking off The Circus tour this spring in New Orleans, with support from the Pussycat Dolls. I’m guessing they will perform as the clowns? Bwahhhh ha ha ha ha!!
