Ashley Tisdale Does ‘Shape’ Magazine
Ashley Tisdale is staying away from Hollywood’s famous high protein, low carb diet.

The High School Musical actress confesses to the new issue of Shape magazine:
“I love carbs. Bread, corn bread, french fries—all that stuff.”
But she doesn’t eat them if she wants to pose on magazine covers in bikinis like the new issue of Shape. Instead, she starts her day with fresh fruit, an egg white omelet and whole-wheat toast. She usually has spinach salad with grilled chicken and an extra helping of vegetables for lunch, and fish or chicken with sautéed vegetables for dinner.
“I’ve found I’m definitely eating better since I started working out more rigorously. It kind of happened naturally. I don’t really crave junk food that often now.”
So what’s her fitness routine? She began work with L.A. trainer Christopher Hebert last summer. They do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training three or four days a week.
This broad is BEYOND boring to me. It’s probably because I need to go on a diet and I’m not happy about it.
