Brad Pitt Refuses to Reveal Tattoos - Oprah Video
By Cara | November 20, 2008
An uncomfortable Brad Pitt was questioned by an adoring fan about his tattoos on Oprah yesterday. He wiggles and looks for Cate Blanchett to give him an out while the fan asks, in depth, about his various body art.
One tattoo in particular he refused to talk about do to it being a personal thing. He merely stated:
“Let me just say, if you have a partner it’s great fun, it’s a great thing to do together and it becomes personal and special in its own right. I’d rather just leave it at that.”
FYI - The tattoo is the “Iceman Otzi” which is the oldest natural human mummy. He was found in a glacier in 1991. Not sure what the real meaning to Brad Pitt is. Just a guess, but I am thinking Angelina Jolie has the personality of a 5,000 year old mummy and it reminds him of her.

Regardless of what you feel about this couple, I totally agree about not having to discuss every single thing about yourself. The reasons and meaning behind a tattoo can be VERY private, yeah you can often see them, but a person shouldn’t have to explain the motives to the entire freaking world if he doesn’t want to. My tattoos are private they only show when I am naked, and the reasons behind them are not for public consumption…
