Wired Music: Animal Collective’s Strange Album Cover

Baltimore’s avant-garde band Animal Collective announced the release date of their latest disc. Merriweather Post Pavillion, their eighth studio album, will be available on January 20, 2009, and it sports an odd feature: the cover appears to move in waves, until the viewer focuses in on particular spots.
