Trace Cyrus is just the latest family member to jump on the Miley Cyrus money train. Trace is the guitarist and vocalist for the band ‘Metro Station’. I know, I never heard of them either. The song is called ‘Hovering’ maybe a hint to Daddy?

Trying to stir up some interest in this single Trace revealed that they “might do a music video for that and push towards alternative radio.” Speaking of the still-in-the-work song, Trace explains, “It’s kind of a more rock, edgy song for her, but I love the song. It’s great.”

Trace is not the first family member to leach on to Miley’s fame dad Billy Ray Cyrus and her mother Leticia Finley each made a cameo appearance on a Miley video. They also horned in on Trace’s band video ‘Seventeen Forever’.

‘Hovering’ will be included on the platinum edition of Miley’s second album ‘Breakout’. Due out just in time for Christmas on November 18th…. amazing huh? How many more Cyrus’s are out there?

I am sure they will stick to what they do best and the cover for the album will feature Trace grabbing Miley’s boob or something.
