Melissa Etheridge to Marry Tammy Lynn Michaels

Melissa Ethridge 47 has announced that she will remarry her long time girlfriend Tammy Lynn Michaels. This will be the second time the ladies have tied the knot. The happy couple had a civil ceremony in 2003.
“Yes, we have four children and we’re trying to find the right time,” she told Extra.
Tammy gave birth to the couple’s twin children son Miller Steven and daughter Johnnie Rose in 2006. Courtesy of an un-named sperm donor. Melissa also has two other children from a previous relationship with Julie Cypher. Daughter Bailey Jean and son Beckett fathered by David Crosby.
Now that same sex marriage is legal in California the twosome plans to get things legalized. So move over Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, it is Melissa and Tammy’s turn to shine.
Congratulations to the beautiful couple. As this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month I feel I must mention that Melissa is a survivor too. The singer was diagnosed in 2004 and underwent treatment. We are very happy to see that she is healthy and whole now. Melissa also helped launch Pinktober the Hard Rock Café’s breast cancer awareness program. She is one busy lady! All the best to the both of them.
