It looks like we are about to uncover the torrid tale of Heather Locklear’s secret pregnancy! Or she ate some bad burritos and is super bloated.

Heather, who was recently arrested for driving under the influence, appeared in a tight garb that revealed a bump. Purely speculation, she might have eaten one of those big pretzels from the mall. Or she swam in the same fertile waters of the Kununurra that Nicole Kidman did and got knocked up by the Little Mermaid’s dad.
