Miley Cyrus and Tori Spelling are trying to rock the same dress. They both found a fondness for a Joy Han’s Houndstooth dress. Tori went for more of Lohan look by trying to rock some tights, while Miley channels her inner Pocahontas with a pair of purple boots.
